Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring quality and effective therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' unique needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) to empower clients in managing their mental health conditions.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, when necessary, providing clients with immediate support and appropriate referrals to additional resources.

• Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant documentation within our electronic health records system to ensure continuity of care and meet legal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and administrative staff to provide comprehensive, integrated care tailored to clients' ongoing needs.

• Manage your own schedule and caseload with the flexibility to incorporate both part-time and full-time hours, accommodating your lifestyle while meeting client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
