Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, utilizing industry-standard evaluation tools to understand their mental health needs fully.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT at Psych Sonic Behavioral Health, a diverse array of clients will rely on you for support. You will work closely with individuals and families facing challenges ranging from relationship difficulties and life transitions to anxiety and depression. Our approach is deeply rooted in understanding the familial systems and dynamics that contribute to a client’s mental health, allowing for comprehensive treatment that addresses both individual and relational needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted LMFT license to practice in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• An in-depth understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards governing therapeutic practices is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
