Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being a vital part of our outpatient team. Your work hours will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring a structured yet adaptable approach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth and in-person as needed.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously according to company guidelines, including diagnosis updates, treatment plan revisions, and detailed case notes.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with case managers, medical professionals, and school staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Apply creative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve their mental health goals.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction in therapeutic settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Polara Behavioral Health, you will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. It is essential to be comfortable working with diverse backgrounds and presenting issues, as our clients seek assistance with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
