Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess mental health diagnoses, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and maintain all required documentation in accordance with company policies.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective therapeutic interventions.

• Provide compassionate support and guidance to clients and collaborate with colleagues to identify gaps in our community's mental health needs.

• Utilize a variety of creative interventions and approaches to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Ensure meticulous record-keeping for each session, including treatment notes and plan reviews, in compliance with organizational standards.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff to create comprehensive support networks for clients.

Qualifications\n
