Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans, ensuring detailed documentation in accordance with clinic policies.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week while providing therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group settings, both in-person and via telehealth platforms.

• Foster positive client relationships by delivering excellent customer service and engaging with clients through creatively designed therapeutic interventions that help them reach and surpass their goals.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, and other relevant professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to client care.

• Regularly update treatment plans and document progress with thorough case notes, aligning future interventions with clients’ evolving needs.
