Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client mental health, formulating and executing tailored treatment plans that align with their specific needs.

• Document all client interactions, including ongoing assessments and updates to treatment plans, in accordance with Polara's policies and protocols.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client sessions per week, allowing for effective follow-up and treatment continuity.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, engaging with clients empathetically and effectively while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Design and implement creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to reach and exceed their personal goals.
\n
• Facilitate coordination of services with case managers, educational institutions, medical personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure holistic support for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Polara Behavioral Health offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We provide a customizable compensation plan that includes an hourly pay structure, along with commissions on claims.
