Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, formulate tailored treatment plans, and continuously document progress using clinical software according to company policies.

• Maintain a robust caseload of 25-30 clients each week, ensuring that each session is tailored to individual needs, with the flexibility to utilize both face-to-face and virtual modalities to optimize client engagement.

• Deliver high-quality customer service, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and amplify community impact.
