Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose and formulate personalized treatment plans. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including ongoing assessments and treatment plan updates, in line with organizational policies.

• Manage an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy tailored to each client's needs using evidence-based practices.

• Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring that each individual feels valued and heard. Foster a collaborative atmosphere by partnering with case managers, healthcare professionals, and educational staff when required.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic techniques to help clients identify and work towards their goals. Customize intervention strategies based on client feedback and progress.

• Prepare and submit timely documentation for each session according to company guidelines, maintaining transparency and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial for relaying both clinical insights and sensitive information to clients.

• The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 110,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
