Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will collaborate with couples, individuals, and families to provide therapeutic support tailored to their unique situations. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations for couples and families.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing diverse issues, such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and family conflicts.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that foster open communication and conflict resolution among family members.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation to clients regarding familial dynamics and coping strategies.
\n
• Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of all therapy sessions and client interactions.

• Staying current with best practices and clinical guidelines through ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse patient population, including couples, children, adolescents, and families experiencing challenges such as separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, communication barriers, and job stress. The therapist will focus on creating a non-judgmental environment to facilitate healing and personal growth, supporting clients in achieving their goals for healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) holding an active state license.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in treating complex familial issues—such as blended families, grief counseling, and substance abuse disorders—will be highly regarded. Flexibility in scheduling and a commitment of 30 hours or more per week are preferred to ensure comprehensive client support.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer:
