Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, utilizing the latest DSM criteria under the supervision of our licensed psychologists.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services, offering crisis intervention, brief therapy, stress management, couples counseling, and family therapy tailored to the diverse needs of your client population.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to manage client sessions effectively, ensuring confidentiality and comfort.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists and clinical staff, to develop comprehensive treatment plans and conduct case consultation meetings.

• Maintain detailed written records adhering to organizational standards, and engage in regular quality assurance and planning activities.

• Utilize electronic health records to track progress and document session outcomes, contributing to a streamlined workflow.

• Proactively provide information and resources to clients, ensuring support extends beyond therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve partnering with individuals, families, couples, and groups experiencing a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and dual-diagnosis disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
