Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide ongoing emotional support and education to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering an empowering therapeutic relationship.

• Monitor and document client progress systematically, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and adherence to organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
