Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of each client.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing conflict resolution, communication difficulties, and relational dynamics.

• Providing individual therapy sessions for clients who may be dealing with specific issues such as grief, trauma, substance abuse, and adjustment to life changes.

• Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and specialists within our multidisciplinary team to create a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse group of clients, including:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
