Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans to address diverse mental health issues.
\n
• Facilitating sessions with couples and family units, as well as conducting individual therapy sessions when appropriate.
\n
• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering healthier relationships and effective conflict resolution.
\n
• Utilizing telehealth services to extend care and ensure accessibility for clients, particularly for those with mobility or transportation challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a broad range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and families facing complex emotional and relational challenges. You will specialize in assisting families experiencing conflicts, adjustments to divorce or separation, blended family dynamics, grief processing, and various forms of psychological distress. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their issues and achieve positive psychological outcomes.

Qualifications\n

We are seeking candidates who embody the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
