This LMFT position offers the flexibility to work remotely, accommodating a balanced work-life dynamic and enabling you to reach clients efficiently. Although the majority of your sessions will be conducted virtually, you may be invited to collaborate with your colleagues in our outpatient office in Austin for training sessions, team meetings, or special events. Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with individuals, couples, and families, creating a safe space for open dialogue.

• Thoroughly assess, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct engaging counseling sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Regularly evaluate client progress toward treatment goals through ongoing assessments and adaptations to the therapeutic approach as necessary.

• Facilitate referrals to specialists or ancillary resources when clients require additional support beyond therapeutic services.

• Document all sessions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately to ensure compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Participate in regular case consultations and supervision to continually enrich clinical expertise and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Proven experience in providing individual and/or group therapy services effectively.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills are necessary to handle a versatile caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy practices is a significant advantage, given the nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
