Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions using secure synchronous live video calls, applying evidence-based methodologies to treat adults experiencing diverse emotional challenges.

• Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to provide comprehensive care, ensuring clients receive holistic support for their mental health needs.

• Leverage automatic symptom self-assessments and treatment metrics to continuously refine and adjust individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Generate comprehensive clinical documentation through our streamlined portal, significantly reducing the non-clinical workload that often burdens therapists.
\n
• Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to receive guidance and support in the provision of best practices in mental health care.
\n
• Deliver individual and couples therapy to clients aged 13 and older, utilizing various modalities such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Commit to a measurement-based care approach that prioritizes client input and outcomes in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n
