Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to identify mental health diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress through ongoing documentation, including treatment plan updates and case notes per clinic policy.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients each week, providing both individual and family therapy sessions, along with group therapy options as needed.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, school staff, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to help clients articulate and achieve their personal and familial goals.
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their treatment journey.

• Document each session meticulously, following clinic protocol, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will bring your skills to bear on issues faced by children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
