This position is primarily remote, allowing our therapists to balance professional responsibilities with personal needs effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Guideline Therapy Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing clients' mental health status and diagnosing conditions accurately, followed by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

• Maintaining a full caseload of 25-30 client visits per week while completing essential documentation, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing case notes in compliance with company policies.

• Providing outstanding customer service, supporting clients through their therapeutic journeys, and fostering an environment that encourages growth and healing.

• Utilizing innovative and creative therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, encouraging them to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Coordinating services effectively with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other relevant professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will impact a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, each with unique challenges and objectives. Your role is pivotal in providing care for individuals overcoming conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding cultural sensitivities and tailoring your approach to meet the needs of a varied clientele will be essential.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which provides the foundation for clinical practice.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Guideline Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. In addition to a solid compensation structure that includes hourly pay and commission opportunities for claims, we provide:
