Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and collaboratively formulate and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth.
\n
• Document each session meticulously, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies, including progress notes and treatment plan reviews.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve community mental health resources.

• Employ creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to meet and exceed their personal and treatment goals.

• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with case managers, families, medical personnel, school staff, and other stakeholders as required to provide holistic treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
