Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Devise individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs, therapeutic goals, and personal preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments, continually incorporating new knowledge into practice.

• Maintain strict compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality while documenting treatment sessions.
