Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of families and individuals. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, addressing issues like communication difficulties, job stress, and conflicts among family members.

• Providing individual therapy for clients facing challenges related to grief, loss, and adjustment to separations or divorces.

• Working with blended families to navigate complex dynamics and support healthy relationships.

• Documenting client progress and updating treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Compensation and Benefits\n
