Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs, integrating therapeutic techniques from a variety of modalities.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring consistent therapeutic support while effectively managing your time and resources.

• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a collaborative partner in addressing the mental health needs of clients and filling service gaps in the community.

• Utilize innovative and creative interventions to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic goals and exceeding their expectations.

• Document all sessions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company policies for treatment plans, clinical notes, and case management.

• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals to promote comprehensive care that addresses all facets of clients’ well-being.
