Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

  Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, utilizing strengths-based interventions to motivate and guide clients toward achieving their therapeutic goals.

  Document session notes and treatment progress consistently in compliance with company policies and state regulations, ensuring that all documentation is concise, clear, and up-to-date.

  Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients while working with a dynamic team to enhance the overall client experience and organizational mission.

  Utilize creativity in your therapeutic approaches, whether through innovative techniques, workshops, or group therapies, to engage clients deeply in their healing journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
