Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to formulate accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Maintain detailed, ongoing documentation, including treatment plan reviews and clinical case notes, in adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

• Manage a balanced caseload, typically consisting of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring each client receives timely and meaningful care.
\n
• Employ innovative and evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them achieve and exceed their therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate communication and coordination of care among case managers, families, and other professionals involved in clients’ treatment.

• Prioritize exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and contributing to the overall mission of the organization.

Qualifications\n
