Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health needs and establish appropriate diagnoses.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing therapeutic support through individual, family, or group modalities.

• Document all client interactions, including session notes, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing progress updates in accordance with company policies.

• Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve their personal goals, leveraging innovative methods that resonate with diverse client backgrounds.

• Collaborate actively with case managers, families, and other professionals involved in clients’ care to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
