Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant patient history and current mental health needs.

• Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.

• Provide therapy sessions—including individual, group, and family therapy—utilizing various modalities relevant to patient conditions.

• Document patient progress regularly within our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate treatment histories and facilitate effective communication with care team members.

• Engage in psychoeducation with clients and families, equipping them with tools and strategies to enhance their interpersonal relationships and overall mental wellbeing.

• Regularly participate in team meetings and supervision sessions to contribute insights and continuously improve treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice caters to a diverse group of clients, including families, couples, and individuals facing relational challenges, mental health issues, or life transitions. You will work with clients from various backgrounds and experiences, providing culturally competent therapy that respects their unique contexts and promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A valid MFT license in Oregon is a must for this position.

• Certification in treatment modalities such as structural, strategic, systems, narrative, or communication therapy is highly valued.

• Clinical experience of at least one year post-licensure is preferred, emphasizing capability in dealing with complex cases.

• Bilingual communication skills are considered a significant asset, enhancing our ability to serve a broader demographic of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While one year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, we welcome professionals with demonstrated expertise in relevant therapeutic modalities. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Moreover, our benefits package includes:
