Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT at Feelings Forward, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs via telehealth sessions or in-person visits.
\n
• Providing tailored behavioral health services to individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based modalities to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
\n
• Documenting client interactions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system and practice management platforms.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams as needed to ensure comprehensive client care while maintaining clear and timely communication about client progress.
\n
• Staying organized to manage client schedules and complete progress notes efficiently, thereby optimizing time spent on therapeutic interventions.

• Engaging in continuous professional development and participating in training offered to enhance clinical skills and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree from an accredited institution in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical skills, with a strong understanding of the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.

• Evidence of mature judgment, crisis intervention skills, and the ability to engage with clients effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

• Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team, managing time and calendars efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred for candidates:

• Experience providing telehealth services and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary between $90,000 and $105,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
