Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of new clients to identify mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients' journeys of self-discovery and healing.

Your role as an LMFT will be to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship, creating a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings and work towards healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
