Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will collaborate with individuals and couples, providing essential therapeutic services that address a variety of challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and individual therapy sessions to understand and analyze client needs.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions, focusing on unresolved conflicts, communication barriers, and mutual support.

• Treating complex issues related to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, job-related stress, and family conflicts.

• Engaging in family therapy to address dynamic issues involving blended families, separation, and divorce adjustment processes.

• Developing customized treatment plans tailored to each family's unique challenges, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and goal-oriented.

• Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.

• Staying informed of the latest mental health strategies and best practices to enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including adults and children/adolescents, facing various issues such as relationship breakdowns, grief, anxiety, and stress-related disorders. The ideal candidate for the LMFT position will possess:

Previous exposure to a community health clinic environment is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Psychiatry Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
