Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing secure telehealth platforms as well as in-office appointments.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Narrative Therapy.

• Managing your clinical caseload effectively, ensuring meticulous documentation practices are followed while receiving support from our administrative staff for billing and scheduling.

• Participating actively in clinical consultation groups, peer support circles, and ongoing training sessions to further your professional development.

• Collaborating closely with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including discussions with psychiatrists and case managers when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes a diverse population experiencing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals, couples, and families facing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your role is crucial in guiding them through these challenges and helping them achieve their mental health goals, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and active California LMFT license.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in outpatient or community mental health settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Additional experience in the following areas will be considered a plus:

Compensation and Benefits\n
