Work Environment\n

This position is full-time and offers a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients through our telehealth platform. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to a structured workday from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our team environment emphasizes collaboration, support, and mutual growth, aiming to foster a culture where mental health professionals can thrive.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, and personal preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress by tracking symptoms, evaluating treatment effectiveness, and adjusting plans accordingly.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to each client.

• Stay current on research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic approaches and outcomes.

• Maintain ethical and accurate documentation in accordance with mental health regulations and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Advocate for clients by addressing mental health stigma and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and related challenges. You will engage with diverse populations and collaborate with individuals, couples, and families, offering a supportive and validating therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
