Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through video conferencing or phone consultations to clients seeking outpatient care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' relational dynamics and mental health needs, from which you will develop personalized treatment plans and set actionable goals.

• Implement family systems theory in your practice to help clients navigate complex relationship dynamics, enhance communication, and manage family stressors effectively.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and mental well-being during high-stakes situations.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
