Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while providing outpatient services. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to establish diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely and effective therapy sessions that foster personal growth and healing.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, including initial assessments, treatment plan updates, and progress notes to align with company policies.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions that engage clients and help them achieve their mental health goals.

• Collaborate with families, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support.

• Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and their families to enhance their treatment experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse group of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. This includes working with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. You will be part of a team that addresses a wide range of issues, from anxiety and depression to relational conflicts and family dynamics, fostering a safe and supportive environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficiency in mental health documentation practices, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

• Effective communication skills that enhance interactions with clients and team members alike.
\n
• The ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries while building rapport with clients.

• A commitment to working with diverse populations and a sensitivity to the unique challenges they face.

• Successful completion of a background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n
