This position operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with our dedicated team of mental health professionals. The role entails a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to understand the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that consider their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as part of the treatment process.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Engage in collaborative care efforts with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mood disorder therapies to enhance treatment efficacy and strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development endeavors.

Qualifications\n
