Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses, and develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans in alignment with company policies.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25–30 client visits per week, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation, including comprehensive treatment plan reviews and case notes.

• Deliver high-quality customer service to clients, coordinating therapy sessions, and collaborating effectively with case managers, families, and healthcare staff for optimal care integration.

• Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions, helping clients meet and exceed their personal development goals.
\n
• Prepare and submit detailed session documentation that adheres to clinic guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulatory expectations.

• Engage in continual collaboration with fellow clinicians and administrative staff to enhance service delivery and address community mental health needs.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Village Behavioral Health Clinic, you will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
