Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting clients in navigating job-related stress and medical concerns that impact their mental health.

• Guiding families through challenges related to separation, divorce, blended family scenarios, and communication barriers.

• Documenting therapy sessions through our secure electronic health records (EHR) system while ensuring compliance with state licensure requirements.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
