Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand family dynamics and individual concerns, using diagnostic skills to identify underlying relational issues.

• Engage clients in therapeutic conversations that explore perceptions of familial disruptions and contextualize their emotional responses.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to specific needs, integrating techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as applicable.

• Facilitate family sessions that focus on improving communication and resolving conflicts while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

• Assist clients with grief processing and navigating various forms of loss, helping them to identify and utilize supportive community resources.

• Provide expert testimony and prepare comprehensive reports for legal proceedings as required, ensuring that documentation meets legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families experiencing relational difficulties. This may include those going through marital challenges, parenting issues, grief, or personal struggles affecting family dynamics. You will be a critical asset for clients who require support in navigating transitions or conflicts, ensuring they feel heard and respected throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current LMFT license in Texas, demonstrating compliance with state regulations and standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
