Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a sustainable caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, ensuring high-quality therapeutic services through both individual and group sessions.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions that resonate with clients' individual goals, harnessing creativity to achieve desired outcomes.

• Prepare and file detailed session documentation, including treatment plans, case notes, and progress assessments in line with established protocols.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Experience with mental health documentation, including developing treatment plans and completing clinical case notes.
