Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting, therapeutic relationship with patients, ensuring a safe space for sharing and personal growth.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs.

• Lead therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote effective communication and resolution of conflicts.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving circumstances.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists, referring clients for additional support when needed, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of individuals and families grappling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the diverse cultural and social backgrounds of our clients, ensuring that each person feels understood, respected, and valued in their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or group therapy is essential.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally competent practices.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to document care and monitor treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
