Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, performing thorough assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans to address specific needs.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions, focusing on dynamic interpersonal relationships and enhancing communication between family members.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to manage issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, job stress, and family conflicts.

• Continuously evaluating and adapting therapeutic processes based on clients' evolving needs, documented progress, and feedback.

• Providing support to clients undergoing life transitions, such as separation, divorce, and adjustment to blended families.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, who are facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Must possess a current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome recently licensed candidates, preference will be given to those having prior experience in therapy settings that address a variety of family and relational issues. Flexibility in scheduling, particularly availability for at least 30 hours per week, is desirable.
