Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused approaches.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans with clear clinical goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide seamless, coordinated care.

• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary to ensure client welfare.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
