Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental and emotional well-being, identifying issues and formulating personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients of all ages, providing care for a wide range of mental health concerns, in both individual and couples therapy formats.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of all sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and client histories, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, understanding and implementing the needs of clients from various backgrounds and circumstances.

• Serve as a trusted advocate for clients, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their treatment while providing resources for additional support as needed.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development to keep abreast of the latest research, techniques, and best practices relevant to marriage and family therapy.

• Prepare to handle crisis intervention scenarios, offering immediate support to clients undergoing acute distress during therapy sessions or emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
