Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose and treat clients effectively, ensuring ongoing documentation including treatment plans and case notes follows all company policies.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to specific needs.

• Utilize creative and innovative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their personal goals, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with case managers, families and other medical personnel to coordinate comprehensive service delivery that aids in the client's rehabilitation and improved well-being.

• Prepare and submit detailed documentation for each client session in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring a smooth continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele including children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Clients may come to us dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. The ideal candidate will be adept at building rapport and trust across varied client backgrounds, making a significant difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
