Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions, followed by the formulation of personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy services that might include telehealth options.

• Engage in ongoing documentation of therapy sessions, including detailed clinical notes, treatment plan reviews, and adherence to company policies designed to ensure quality care and effective communication.

• Foster collaborative relationships with case managers, healthcare professionals, and family members to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Utilize innovative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their mental health goals while providing excellent customer service through every interaction.

• Ensure timely compliance with the submission of session documentation and participation in required supervision and case consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse client base encompassing children, adolescents, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relational conflict, trauma, and addiction. The therapist's ability to demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity will be crucial in providing effective support and promoting healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or a closely related field) is required.

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
