Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, utilizing the latest DSM guidelines, and provide subsequent short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual, family, and group needs.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and brief therapy, aimed at resolving complex mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with a supervising licensed psychologist, nurse practitioner, or physician to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Utilize telehealth platforms for therapy sessions, ensuring all clinical services maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing clinical consultations and collaborations with interdisciplinary team members to facilitate treatment planning and optimize patient outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of therapy sessions, complying with organizational and federal regulations.

• Participate actively in clinical meetings and quality assurance discussions, contributing to departmental planning and continuous improvement efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving veterans and their families experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is required.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and electronic health record systems is essential for effective service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 75,000 and 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
