Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions focusing on various issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflict, and communication difficulties.

• Providing support and therapy for blended families dealing with adjustment challenges, including separation and divorce.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and holistic support for clients.

• Documenting client progress and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
