Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with our organization, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, tailoring treatment plans to their specific needs.

• Delivering individualized therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based practices to enhance clients' emotional and psychological wellbeing.

• Collaborating with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring their progress towards these goals.

• Providing teletherapy options for clients who may encounter barriers to in-person sessions, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to refine your clinical skills and stay updated with the latest trends in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who are seeking support for various issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active and valid licensure in the state of Maryland as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Proven ability to establish secure, supportive relationships with clients, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to addressing clients' experiences and challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
