Key Responsibilities\n

As part of our clinical team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating therapy sessions that address various aspects of familial relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.

• Providing therapy for couples and individual sessions, focusing on family dynamics and interpersonal struggles.

• Utilizing evidence-based modalities to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

• Facilitating communication and resolution strategies between family members experiencing cut-offs or conflicts.
\n
• Support clients through significant life transitions, including separation, divorce, and blended family adjustments.

• Tracking client progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Guideline Health Care Center will involve supporting a diverse patient population, including adults and children/adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Our clients seek assistance for issues such as job stress, medical concerns affecting family dynamics, and communication difficulties among family members. You will take a holistic approach to therapy, considering the entire family unit and its influences on individual mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidates will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
