Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Guideline Health Care Center, you will:

• Provide an array of therapeutic services, including individual and couples therapy, to address the diverse needs of families and relationships.

• Assess and manage complex family dynamics, with a focus on issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Develop tailored treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions that enhance clients' coping skills and foster relational healing.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and collaborate with peers in team meetings to discuss cases and share insights.
