Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, focusing on delivering high-quality therapeutic services that promote client growth and healing.

• Provide exceptional customer service as you collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop integrated approaches for supporting clients.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve personal goals, drawing on various evidence-based practices in family therapy.

• Prepare session notes, treatment plans, and all required documentation while adhering to the regulations and protocols outlined by the organization.

• Coordinate care with other professionals, including case managers and educational staff, to ensure comprehensive support for clients and families.

The ideal therapist will have experience working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges, from relationship issues to mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this position.

• Current, active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory.
