This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible scheduling and a comfortable working environment. Our therapy team collaborates closely through virtual meetings and digital platforms, ensuring you remain connected and supported. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of client mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care solutions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and improve service delivery.
\n
• Advocate for clients by addressing mental health stigma and catering to their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily supports individuals dealing with mood disorders, including:

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
